Manny's passion for cooking came from generations of family members who shared the same love for connection through culinary creativity. Manny came to Los Cabos in 2017 in search of his next professional move resulting in a unique signature in style and flavor of his dishes; Wachinango's.

Manny was absolutely amazing! He brought out each astounding dish from the Shrimp Rolls to the Tuna & Scallop Towers. The drinks were equally impressive from the Hibiscus Margarita, Jalapeño Margarita to the smoking Mojito. Manny’s recipes paired with the flavors of his travels make his food and drinks 5 stars. The Wachingon was excellent and worth you to try. The Smoked Brisket with the sauces “Normal (takes 8 hours to prepare)” and Habanero” were very tasty. Our friends were impressed by the barbajan. They finished the tasting with the Guava Pie that cleans the pallet. My husband and I shared the Pecan Pie, Manny’s friend’s great grandmother’s recipe and it was better than we could have expected. The whole evening was a treat and a must-do again when in Cabo. Thank you Manny and Tiffany!
